Hey Todd, We have no plans at this time, however, we're aware of the new edition and have looked into it. So I didn't want to post this as a review and ruin any ratings but I felt almost like this was a primer or a player's guide and not a complete game.
Some of it seemed incomplete, too. For example, when you pick your culture the first step you're told that it will give you two skills, but in some cases, you get more than that the equivalent of two feats and for some reason, the Unice only receive one skill with no other benefit. Unfortunately, there's nothing to tell you why they only receive the d4 Knowledge: Religions, either.
The Wardens missing from the book just seems like a glaring omission considering how often they showed up in the Powder Mage Trilogy. The air rifles also threw me, as the novels describe them as being fragile and how the slightest mistake with them can render the gun useless, but there's nothing about that in the mechanics.
There's a misfire rule for black powder weapons, though. One more issue is that the Deliv Privileged are known as exceptional healers, See more but Privileged aren't allowed to take healing spells even as a Deliv and the only real healer is a Knacked with the Steady-Hands example.
My issue with the way that particular ability is written is there's no drawback. Nothing says it can only be used in the Golden Hour, nothing says it's actually healing, just removing a Wound. The drawback is that you have to spend your action doing nothing but touching your target but I'd gladly trade that for the ability to heal anyone, any time with no power point cost. A lot of this is fixed with some house rules but I think I just expected a little more information and a better mechanical feel for the Powder Mage setting.

Is there an anticipated gm guide? I don't see any rules on Wardens Black or otherwise. I can understand being vague on Bone-Eyes or other Dyzine lore. But to play during the Powdermage trilogy a warden provides the level of difficulty between a human antagonist and a privileged antagonist. Am I missing how to actually use the Privileged powers?
