FCOM is 4 mods. After a good while of searching and sorting through what seems like thousands of mods to turn your characters into busty naked fox-people with Final Fantasy swords, I've concluded that there is no all-in-one pack for straightforward graphical enhancement mods.
I had my hopes up after re-playing Morrowind with MGSOO, which makes the whole game look years newer than it actually is, but it looks like people haven't taken the steps to make such a mod pack for Oblivion.
