At the moment there is no need to install it since you can work from the Live USB to see if the fault repeats. If it does it is the hardware. If it does not it is Windows and more likely the driver.
Has anyone thought to think maybe the GPU is fake? If you download a windows 10 drivers for Windows It won't conflict. It is more likely the board you have isnt a and may have a gigabyte cooler slapped on it. Google "how to detect fake gpus ".
